I am passionate about empowering you to uncover and recover your strengths, to find strategies and solutions for managing and resolving the imbalance in your life. I provide a safe space for you to try out new ways of being, thinking and feeling. I offer support and guidance in working to manage your emotions in a healthy way. I would like to support you to explore your own reasoning and decision-making skills, helping you take action to move in a different direction and to gain increased independence and self-esteem.
